This summer brought an incredible transformation to the outdoor space at the Buffalo Peace House. What began as overgrown, waterlogged and largely unusable backyard has been transformed into a beautiful, welcoming space for our resident families to enjoy.

On September 12, Buffalo Peace House welcomed nearly 50 members of our community for our Salute to Summer Garden Party for an afternoon of food, conversation, and fellowship in our garden.

This summer, some of the children from Buffalo Peace House enjoyed a fun-filled outing to Explore & More—the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children’s Museum!

The process of achieving asylum is long and arduous, especially for persons who have little or no English communication skills.

Buffalo Peace House meets needs and offers services that the government does not. We’re an example of how individuals working together can address a real need in our community.
