Sometimes, the simplest acts of kindness plant the seeds of something extraordinary. This fall, Buffalo Peace House families and generous members of our donor community came together to plant flower bulbs around our home. Working side by side, they shared conversation, laughter, and the satisfaction of creating something beautiful together.
As bulbs rest beneath the soil through the winter months, they offer a meaningful reminder of hope that grows within our walls every day. Just as these flowers will emerge in the spring, the families at Buffalo Peace House are planting roots, building connections, and looking toward brighter futures. We are grateful to the donors who shared their time, energy, and friendship with our BPH families. Their kindness reminds us that building a welcoming community takes many hands — and that even small acts of generosity can blossom into something lasting.
A special thank you to Lillis McLean and Julia Weidermann, who generously donated the flower bulbs and shared their time helping us plant them. Their kindness and generosity will bring beauty to Buffalo Peace House for many springs to come.
Together we are planting hope!
